VitalLoop Inc. is a health IT software company, not a clinic, facility, or hospital. We do not provide medical advice; any information provided is for informational purposes only. We will make our best effort to provide a timely response to electronic inquiries. The information provided is based on the health IT services we offer.
VitalLoop may offer links to related medical Web sites not managed by VitalLoop Inc. These Web site link(s) are for a member/user's informational purposes only. Personal accounts are currently restricted to individuals aged 18 and older. Support for minor children will be introduced at a later date.
Individuals can request access to a VitalLoop account for someone under their care by completing and submitting the "Double Confirmation Flow" via the platform between the Patient and the Caregiver.
A member's access will be maintained indefinitely unless the member chooses to revoke it.
Information on VitalLoop will be accessible only to appropriate VitalLoop staff.
VitalLoop Inc. is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your medical information. We limit VitalLoop Inc. employee's access and ability to enter or view information based upon their role. Firewalls, passwords, encryption, and audit trails are further used to safeguard your information. We have taken steps to make all information received from our on-line visitors as secure as commercially possible against unauthorized access and use.
